Infinity Venue, owned by Omar Cruz, is an emerging venue company specializing in hosting various events, including birthdays, Quinceañeras, baby showers, corporate parties, and weddings. Initially, Infinity Venue existed only as a business concept with no branding, online presence, or booking system.


2. Challenge

Before partnering with Accretion Digital, Infinity Venue had no online presence whatsoever. Omar needed a comprehensive solution that included:

  • Building a website that provided essential information about the venue.
  • Establishing a booking system to accept online payments and manage reservations.

The project took approximately 2 months to complete. Key milestones included:

  • The successful launch of a user-friendly website.
  • Setting up the Google My Business profile and integrating the booking system for online payments.
  • Building initial social media content to begin attracting an audience.


5. Results and Impact

Since the launch of Infinity Venue's online presence, all traffic growth has been entirely new. Currently, Omar receives inquiries about pricing every two to three days, a significant achievement considering the competitive nature of the event venue business.


Performance Insights:

  • We currently manage their Google and Facebook ads, with Facebook ads performing better overall, yielding a lower cost per lead compared to Google Ads.


6. Ongoing Relationship and Insights

Accretion Digital continues to support Infinity Venue by managing their advertising strategies. Currently, the project involves the PPC ManagerClient Coordinator, and Web Designer, with the Marketing Manager's initial involvement tapering off as the project transitioned to an operational phase. The ongoing focus is on optimizing ad performance and maintaining lead generation.

  • Continue to refine ad campaigns to maximize lead generation and minimize costs.
