This is our company's history
October 2018
Our founder Romeo Pott officially formed the LLC and built our very first website for a local carpet cleaning company.
June 2019
Word of mouth spread quickly. We hired our first team member to help design websites for local plumbers and contractors.
February 2020
The pandemic slowed our momentum. We used the quiet time to dive deep into search engine optimization so we could actually drive traffic to the sites we built.
October 2020
Our team grew to three people. We mastered local SEO and successfully ranked multiple businesses at the absolute number one spot on Google.
April 2021
Our clients needed more than just search traffic. We introduced social media management to help them build local awareness and community trust.
December 2021
We added paid advertising to our toolbelt. We intentionally stayed lean with just three team members while we perfected how to run highly profitable Google and Meta ads.
August 2022
We expanded our capabilities into graphic design and wholesale printing. This allowed us to control our clients' visual branding both online and in person.
April 2023
We stopped selling random marketing tactics and started building complete customer journeys. Our team grew to five people to handle these complex marketing funnels.
October 2023
To handle our growth, Romeo built out our own internal sales, marketing, and operations departments. We learned firsthand exactly what it takes to scale a real business.
June 2024
Demand exploded and we scaled our staff up to eight team members. We were managing complete marketing systems for clients across multiple states.
February 2025
We realized a massive staff dilutes the quality of work. We intentionally scaled back to a lean team of five elite experts to give our clients better, faster results.
October 2025
We perfected our seven stage marketing system. We closed out the year operating as a highly specialized, full service outsourced marketing department.
